A dialogue between Jacques De Decker, secrétaire perpétuel de l’Académie royale de langue et de littérature françaises and Philippe Van Parijs, professor at the University of Louvain and one of the coordinators of the Marnix Plan for a multilingual Brussels. Against the background of a presentation of Brussels’ linguistic history, the debate (in French) will focus on possible and desirable futures for our city’s languages.
