Opening plenary session with Philippe Van Parijs (Chaire Hoover, UCL), Anna Sole Mena (CE) and Alex Housen (VUB) on the objectives of the Marnix Plan, Kasper Juffermans (research assistant at University of Luxembourg), Kari Kivinen (Secretary of the European Schools), Jessica Mathy (chargée de mission à la Fédération des associations de parents de l’enseignement officiel) and Piet Vervaecke (directeur Onderwijscentrum Brussel) on lessons from experience in Brussels and elsewhere.
